What to know before you start.
Does Owner Pro include a public customer booking page?
Yes. Customers can choose multiple services, a technician and an available time. Glownomics prevents conflicts and can send email confirmations and reminders. You can still keep another booking tool if you prefer.
Can an owner edit a ticket after the week is locked?
The week must be reopened with a reason. Every change records the actor, time and before-and-after values.
Is the AI receptionist available to every salon?
Not yet. The English AI receptionist is launching through a Founding Pilot for 3–10 selected salons or independent beauty businesses with an eligible Owner Pro or Studio Pro plan. Call usage is billed separately.
