Bookings, walk-ins, tickets, tips and team pay—all connected.
Glownomics gives multi-staff salons and independent beauty professionals one clear operating record. Team members check their own pay on their phones, and an English AI receptionist can help answer calls during the Founding Pilot.
No credit card. No app install.

See the real screens first, then open the demo yourself without touching real data.
This is a clearly simulated version of the same states used in production. The demo does not sign in to Square, contact a terminal, or create a charge.
Review the exact total before sending. Tip is chosen only on the Square Terminal.
Each salon has separated access; owners, technicians and Studios see only what their roles allow. Important actions are checked on the server, financial changes keep history, and every account can download a portable exit export even on Free.
Walk-ins are logged, or check themselves in with a desk QR code.
The owner chooses the salon's turn rules; every assignment, reason and exception is recorded.
The salon owner records the ticket; prices autofill from the service menu.
The technician's share appears on their phone when the ticket is saved.
Review each technician and lock the week with clear, explainable payouts.

The owner chooses how turns work. The queue, every assignment and every change of order are recorded so each decision can be explained.
Owners and technicians see ticket details, splits, direct or salon-held tips, and every adjustment in one itemized view.
Review each technician's payout, lock the week, and keep later changes in the audit history for technicians and accountants.
Glownomics' AI receptionist answers in natural English, checks live availability, manages bookings and finds a real person when the caller asks. It is launching through a controlled Founding Pilot and is not yet generally available.
Answers common questions using the hours, services and salon details you approve.
Checks live availability, manages appointments and follows your human-transfer order.
Routine calls are not recorded, card details are refused, and call summaries are deleted after 30 days.
Start in coexistence or Shadow Mode. Bring over the menu and team, preview changes, reconcile the numbers and choose your own cutover date. Owner Pro includes public booking for multiple technicians; Studio Pro includes public booking for one independent operator. Glownomics never opens booking or sends customer email without your action.
No more weekend bookkeeping — turns, tickets, tips and payouts in one place.
See your own money on your phone — no need to ask the owner.
A private book for independent techs — provable income when you need it.

Vietnamese and English support. Target response: 2 business days on Free and 1 business day on Pro.

Anyone can create a Free account. Owner Pro at CA$29/month and Studio Pro at CA$7.99/month are monthly; only Worker Pro offers CA$24/year. Owners and technicians pay for separate plans; technicians never pay to see basic records. No per-ticket fees. Prices are CAD and your bank handles currency conversion. Cancellation does not delete records; the portable JSON export remains available on Free, while Free limits apply to advanced reports after Pro ends.
Usage and time-saved results will appear after enough data is collected with a documented measurement method.

No public testimonials yetYes. Owner Pro and Studio Pro include their own public booking pages, but you can keep your current tool. Two-way external calendar sync is not available yet, so avoid opening the same time in both systems.
No. The owner chooses the salon rules for simple rotation, requested technicians, breaks, appointments and exceptions. Glownomics applies the saved rules and keeps reasons for changes; it does not replace the owner's policy.
Not through the designed access boundaries. Data is filtered by account, role and salon using Row Level Security, with important actions checked again in the database or an Edge Function. Technicians see only their permitted records, not another technician's private data or personal Studio.
No. The application has no customer-list sale or advertising workflow. Data is processed to operate, secure and support the service as described in the draft Privacy Policy.
No. Seeing your own tickets, tips, splits and payouts is always free. Worker Pro adds itemized pay checks, private receipt storage and longer reports. OCR suggestions appear only when the OCR service is configured.
A locked week must be reopened with a recorded reason first. Every correction, refund or void requires a reason and remains in the audit history, where affected technicians can see it.
The technician raises a private question on that ticket; the owner responds, and the response history is retained. Nobody is automatically marked wrong, and the ticket amounts remain traceable.
Yes. Glownomics provides Square-, Vagaro- and Fresha-specific guidance; service and technician CSV import with preview, validation and 7-day rollback; and menu paste from a website or document. You can also request done-for-you help. Future appointments and historical customer/ticket records are not yet imported automatically, and there is no two-way sync.
New tickets, new walk-ins and clock events can stay on the device and replay after reconnecting. Public booking, financial adjustments and turn-assignment decisions require the server. Sync status and actions needing review remain visible.
Yes. Cancelling does not delete records. In the Trust Center, every account—including Free—can download one JSON file containing account data, owned salons, permitted technician history and private Studio records. Advanced financial reports still follow plan limits, but the portable exit export is not locked after Pro.
Email [email protected] in Vietnamese or English; the target is 2 business days on Free and 1 on Pro. The public status page reports incidents. We do not promise one person will provide support forever; instead, we maintain backup/recovery procedures, visible status and a Free export so your data is not held hostage.
Owner Pro has no ticket cap and is not priced per technician. Each salon can have up to 25 active member accounts; contact support before you need more.
No. Glownomics is a record book: tickets, tips, hours and payouts with clear sources, exported for your accountant. It is not payroll, does not file taxes and does not replace an accountant.
No install — Glownomics runs in the browser on phones and computers (an optional PWA icon if you like). Upgrade via secure Stripe Checkout; manage or cancel in Settings.
“I built Glownomics after watching owners lose hours checking tickets while technicians had no way to confirm their own pay. The goal is simple: every number should explain itself, so owners spend less time on paperwork and technicians do not have to guess about pay.”
See turns, tickets and payout closing before you create an account.
